Marcia served in the corporate world as an executive secretary at Dallas Baptist College (later becoming Dallas Baptist University), organized and founded  Flame Fellowship International in the early 70's, trains, speaks and teaches "How To Fly Like a Mighty Eagle" (acronym of F.L.A.M.E),  is a conference and motivational speaker and received the 1976 Dallas Mother of The Year. She is a leader in her sphere of influence and full of high energy.  She is nationally known for developing the Womens Mentoring Network.(www.womensmentoringnetwork.com ). Strong in faith, Marcia is a respected inspirational conference speaker -nationally and internationally.
