Marcia served in the corporate world as an
executive secretary, both for the President of the Dallas Baptist College (later becoming Dallas Baptist University)
and earlier on, for the Executive
Secretary of the Texas Land and Title Company in Austin, Texas. While raising her family she served as a communicator, innovator and PR person
for women's ministeries in her church, walking it out in her neighborhood where her major in evangelism claimed 29 salvations
in a five-year period of time. In capturing a broader picture of what can be done when any woman, dedicated with
a passion for Christ catches fire for the Lord, she became a major speaker along with her husband, through the
FGBMF, traveling and speaking for many years. Using this time to train her own children for ministry, they sang and
gave testimony along with their parents in a traveling ministry and likewise won many schoolmates to Christ during their growing-up years.
With an excitement of expectancy, Marcia
coordinates anointed efforts to bring forth the fire of the Holy Spirit as an impartation demonstrates how events happen
for the Lord.
She is often quoted as the strength of encouragement
behind many women beginning in ministry, business and even in political arenas changing lives over the past 40 years. In the 70's retired Col. E.H. Ammerman,
founder of the full-gospel chaplaincy, supplying full-gospel chaplains into every area of the military, recognized Marcia to present her with an honorary ministerial degree. Col Ammerman and his wife Charlene, serve as Prayer
Advisors to Marcia in her leadership ministry. Col. Ammerman served on the same board with Marcia as speakers in the
Southern Baptist Charismatic Convention (1977 & 1978) and impressed by an ability to follow protecol, when defering
her speaking time to Col. Ammerman, he shared his speaking time with Marcia. As a result 42+ Baptist ministers
that day were powerfully empowered to make a difference for Christ worldwide.
Marcia has blessed the lives of women
nationwide and in many parts of the world by giving many opportunity tor training, mentoring and opening doors for
the service of the Lord.
The 'Fly Like a Mighty Eagle' (FLAME) Conferences have been designated to the
purpose of stiring the fires of evangelism once again, beginning with the women.
John worked for Pat
Robertson, CBN and Channel 39 as chaplain for many years, and two of their three grown daughters are on the board and speak for the F.L.A.M.E. 'Fly Like a Mighty Eagle' Cnferences. These
conferences radiate with the glory of the Lord while personal testimonies of living faith declare the
supernatural power of God.
In these conferences held in various parts
of the country, participants are encouraged through power of the Holy Spirit to evangelize as they 'catch the fire' of
passion to live out the power of Jesus Christ. The next conference - slated for February 26, 27, 28 to be held in Florida, city
and place to be rescheduled soon. After the meeting space is soon confirmed, hotels will be announced
for any overnight reservations and are to made directly between the attendee and the hotel. Meetings are open to the public. A brochure will
be emailed for the asking.
Daytime meetings are evangelistic with teaching,
testimonials and powerful explosive prophetic opportunities. The evenings are more geared to a faster pace and infused with a revivialist fevor which catches fire amongst
the attendees. There is also no registration needed for the PM meetings. Men and woman are welcome.
Many smaller churches schedule vans to
bring those ready to catch
the latest wave of the Holy Spirit. While the FLAME experience is turning into a movement, no one can doubt the sincerity and love that
flows as Jesus Christ is glorified.
